🐾 RuffLawns – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to RuffLawns – Pet Waste Removal! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by RuffLawns (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to our customers (“you” or “your”).
By scheduling, paying for, or receiving service from RuffLawns, you agree to the following terms.

💩 1. Services Provided

RuffLawns provides professional pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties.
Service frequency may include one-time, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or yearly plans, as selected by you at the time of purchase.

We clean visible pet waste from accessible areas of your yard or property as agreed.
We do not remove waste inside dog runs, under decks, or in inaccessible/unsafe areas unless arranged in advance.

🕒 2. Service Access & Scheduling

To complete your service, RuffLawns must have safe, full access to your yard at the scheduled time.
Please ensure:

• Gates are unlocked,

• Pets are secured, and

• The area is clear and safe for our team.

If access is blocked or unsafe, the visit will be marked as completed, and no refund or credit will be issued.

We work year-round, but in cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may delay or reschedule your service at no additional cost.

💳 3. Payment & Billing

All RuffLawns services are prepaid before work begins.

• Recurring services (weekly, biweekly, monthly, or yearly) will be billed automatically based on your selected plan.

• One-time cleanups must be paid in full at the time of booking.

If payment is not received before your scheduled service, your appointment may be postponed until payment is confirmed.

🔁 4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand life happens! Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:

• You may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled visit.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

• If RuffLawns cancels a service due to weather or operational issues, we will reschedule at no cost.

• Refunds are only issued if RuffLawns cannot reschedule your service within a reasonable timeframe or in cases of duplicate payment.

Once service has been performed, no refunds will be given.

🐕 5. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you believe we missed something, please contact us within 24 hours of your service, and we’ll return for a complimentary recheck.
Reports made after 24 hours cannot be credited, as new waste may have been deposited since our visit.

🧾 6. Liability & Property Access

RuffLawns is fully insured and committed to professional, careful service.
However, we are not responsible for:

• Damage to lawns, gates, or property caused by normal access or existing wear,

• Injuries caused by unsafe conditions on your property, or

• Pet-related issues during service (such as loose or aggressive dogs).

By scheduling service, you agree to allow RuffLawns access to your property for the purpose of performing pet waste removal services.

🌧️ 7. Weather Policy

We operate in most weather conditions.
However, heavy rain, lightning, snow, or hazardous conditions may result in rescheduling.
If service is postponed due to weather, it will be completed as soon as conditions allow — typically within a few days.

🔐 8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information (name, address, contact details, payment info) is kept private and secure.
We will never sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to process payments or provide service.

🧾 9. Invoices & Records

Invoices serve as a record of completed or scheduled services.
Since RuffLawns operates on a prepayment basis, invoices are primarily for tracking jobs and receipts, not for payment collection unless otherwise agreed.

📆 10. Termination of Service

You may cancel your recurring service at any time by providing written notice at least one week before your next billing cycle.
RuffLawns reserves the right to terminate service at any time for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or repeated access issues.

⚖️ 11. Limitation of Liability

RuffLawns’ total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for that service period.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
