Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing RuffLawns – Pet Waste Removal! We work hard to keep your yard clean, safe, and pet-approved.
Because all of our services are scheduled in advance and completed on-site, payments are required before service begins. The following policy explains how refunds and reschedules are handled.

💳 1. Payment Policy

All RuffLawns services — including one-time, monthly, yearly and recurring plans — must be paid in full prior to the scheduled service date.
Prepayment secures your appointment time and ensures our technicians are scheduled and ready for your yard.

🔁 2. Cancellations & Reschedules

  • You may cancel or reschedule your service by contacting us at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled visit are non-refundable, as that time slot has been reserved exclusively for you.

  • If you need to reschedule due to weather or access issues (like a locked gate or loose pet), we’ll gladly work with you to find the next available day.

❌ 3. No-Show or Access Issues

If RuffLawns arrives and cannot complete service due to:

  • Locked gates

  • Aggressive or loose pets

  • Unsafe or inaccessible areas

…the visit will be marked as completed, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Please make sure your yard is accessible on your service day.

💰 4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued when:

  • RuffLawns cancels service and cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe

  • A duplicate payment was made in error

Refunds are not available for:

  • Services already rendered

  • Missed visits caused by property access issues

  • Cancellations made after the first week of a billing cycle for recurring plans

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🌿 5. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work.
If you believe your yard wasn’t cleaned to RuffLawns standards, contact us within 24 hours of service, and we’ll return for a free recheck or touch-up.
Reports after 24 hours cannot be credited, as new waste may have been deposited.
